Creating Champagnes since 1985.For love for his wife Claudie, the result of a long line of winemakers and a terroir, Alain COTTET decided to revive the prestigious heritage of his ancestors to create an authentic champagne. The vines installed on the hillsides of the Seine Valley have always been cultivated in sustainable farming.Today, Claudie and Alain have passed on the torch to their daughter Claire, whose challenge is to perpetuate the know-how and bring modernity to the creations. The feminine touch is found in the new cuvées but also in the design of places thought with an architect. This pretty intimate house ensures the visitor, after the visit of ancestral cellars, a warm moment of tasting. Attached to natural balances and respect for biodiversity, Claire COTTET wanted to guide the vineyard in a sustainable viticulture approach.
